Jake, Izzy, Cubby, Captain Hook, and Tick Tock Croc find themselves transformed into babies when they unexpectedly tumble into the Pirate Pool of Youth. Meanwhile, Scully, Mr. Smee, Sharky, and Bones step in to babysit the little ones. In a race against time, they embark on a quest to locate the Grandfather Gladiola flower, which holds the key to restoring everyone to their original selves.
