After Tatsumi is taken prisoner, Night Raid manages to take down Commander-in-Chief Budou, but not without losing Main and Susanoo in the process. The Revolutionary Army encircles the capital, leading to unrest among the citizens. Wave is left bewildered by the chaos, while Ran watches the events unfold with a calm demeanor. At the same time, Kurome feels that her life is nearing its end and prepares to confront her sister to resolve their long-standing issues once and for all.
