Minogue and O'Leary accidentally release the spirit of a traditional 1930s police officer. Now, they must race against time to prevent him from enforcing a strict 6pm closing time, which threatens to close down every pub in Wellington. As the ghost's old-fashioned methods clash with modern nightlife, the duo finds themselves in a comedic struggle to restore order before the city’s vibrant pub scene is extinguished.
