Chef Ramsey travels to Cranbury, NJ, to check out a French bistro called Hannah & Mason, run by two friends who are struggling with both their business acumen and enthusiasm. The employees are dealing with bounced paychecks, but things take a turn for the worse when Chef Ramsey discovers the shocking state of the cooler, leading to the restaurant's closure just in time for Valentine's Day.
