Kaylie makes her long-awaited return to training at The Rock, but everyone believes she has been sidelined due to an ACL injury, unaware that she was actually in rehab for anorexia. Shortly after her comeback, Sasha reveals that Kelly Parker will take Emily's spot on the World team, and unfortunately, Kaylie will also be replaced due to her insufficient training time.
