Episode Overview

As Shredder schemes to build a mutant army, the Turtles turn to the Pulverizer for assistance. Recently recruited by the Foot as a disposable asset, he offers to spy for them. Eager to help, he volunteers to undergo experimentation with a stash of stolen Kraang Mutagen. However, before the Turtles can intervene, he impulsively subjects himself to the mutagen and ends up transforming. They rush to his aid, but not before he has already turned into a mutant.
