S07E05 Carved Clay Sculptures
Episode Overview
Jay Blades and his team dive into the restoration of three cherished family heirlooms, each steeped in poignant memories. The first item is a beautifully crafted set of clay sculptures, brought in by Jackie, who holds them dear as they were made by her late brother Andrew, who passed away at just 18. Next, metal specialist Dominic Chinea takes on the task of revitalizing a vintage lawnmower, retired since the 1970s, which owner John associates with fond memories of his grandfather. Lastly, leather expert Suzie Fletcher is tasked with restoring a beloved toy horse named Garibaldi, created by a British soldier while he recuperated in Italy during World War II; his daughter Ann hopes to see it return to its original glory.
