As the media descends on the unfolding situation and a hostage remains unaccounted for, DS Matt Devlin and DS Ronnie Brooks race against time to track down the notorious Bonnie and Clyde duo causing chaos in the city. The path to justice becomes complicated when defense attorney Phyllis Gladstone enters the scene, claiming one of the suspects is more a victim than a perpetrator. Was she coerced by her partner, too frightened to escape or notify the authorities?
