The Bokutou district is plagued by a surge of stolen motor scooters. Amid the chaos, the squad is further exasperated by a wild woman dubbed Scooter Mama, who has an insatiable urge to dash to every flash sale in the area, disregarding all traffic regulations. When her beloved scooter goes missing, Miyuki and Natsumi find themselves on an exhilarating chase as they set out to recover it and catch the culprits behind the thefts.
