Meanwhile, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin explodes in fury after Rikishi taunts him once more. In response, Commissioner Foley sets up a Tag Team Battle Royal to decide which team will compete against The Hardy Boyz for the Tag Team Championship at No Mercy, along with plenty of other action.
