Episode Overview

Title: Quest for the Ember Plot: In a bid to speed up their mission, the team divides into two factions. Bloom's group successfully locates the dragon fire, but to their dismay, the witches are lying in wait. Fortunately, Riven, Brandon, and Knut arrive just in time, accompanied by Ms. Griffin! To stall the witches, Griffin places the three rogue witches in a brief "detention" and creates a portal to Alfea, facilitating the escape of the remaining witches and the gang. Meanwhile, Sky and Bloom decide to remain behind, determined to divert the army of decay away from the portal.
