Episode Overview
For years, host Eric Adjepong has made life difficult for Alex Guarnaschelli on "Alex vs America," but now the roles have reversed as Alex steps into Wildcard Kitchen. This time, it's Eric who faces the heat, as Alex brings in two champion chefs, Sara Bradley and Kelsey Barnard Clark, both of whom have previously triumphed over him. Eric is willing to wager $5,000 of his own money for a chance at redemption, but can he protect his turf and secure a potential prize of $15,000?
