Ruby finds herself in a difficult position when she sees Martin Dowling and Kyle Stack mocking the new Polish caretaker, Lukas Wisniewski, about his work rights. Surprisingly, she sides with the students. In an effort to address this behavior, Chris learns that Martin is mimicking his father's extremist beliefs to fit in. As Martin and Kyle intensify their harassment, Lukas reaches his breaking point, causing Ruby to face backlash from the school and reevaluate her own beliefs. Meanwhile, Ronan's plot to sell exam papers to classmates seems promising, especially since Janeece can’t prove he stole the original from her office. However, Janeece's resourcefulness leads her to devise a clever strategy to stop him. In another storyline, Cesca's connection with Jonah continues to unravel as she uses Tom as a distraction from her true feelings. Meanwhile, Bex's attempt to escape her troubles with a shopping spree is interrupted by a determined Hodge, resulting in an intense confrontation.
