Episode Overview

Sofie Kehdi returns to Belize to assist Rachel and Ben, a husband-and-wife duo, in evaluating various resort properties. Joined by their investors, Rachel and Ben aim to acquire a resort on Ambergris Caye that maximizes their investment. However, with each bringing strong personalities to the table, it quickly becomes apparent that this couple has differing visions for their ideal property.
