Episode Overview

It’s Michelle's third birthday, and the guys are excited to host a circus-themed celebration for her, complete with clowns and all the fun circus elements. Meanwhile, Danny is dealing with car troubles, and Jesse steps up to help. When Jesse can’t fix the car, he takes Stephanie and Michelle to a gas station for repairs. After the car is ready, the three of them head to the restroom, but the mechanic, Elmer, inadvertently locks them inside the station. Back home, Danny, Joey, and D.J. are busy entertaining Michelle's friends, hoping Jesse and the girls will return soon. To keep the fun going, Jesse and Stephanie create an impromptu circus party for Michelle while they wait. Three hours later, Elmer finally realizes his mistake and lets them out, just as the birthday festivities at home are in full swing.
