Episode Overview

In the teaser, Jesse is reluctant to wear a tailcoat and top hat for his wedding to Becky. The main story unfolds as Danny brings his new girlfriend, Cindy, into the family fold. Cindy is divorced and has a son, Rusty. When Cindy is summoned to her laundromat, Rusty remains at the Tanner household, where he wreaks havoc in an attempt to drive a wedge between Danny and Cindy, hoping to see his mother reconcile with his father.
