Episode Overview

Joey is feeling stuck in his life and dreads reading a bad review of his recent performance. Fortunately, he dodges that bullet since the newspaper employees are on strike. Then, KFLX radio calls Jesse with a cartoon trivia question that stumps him, but Joey impressively answers it and wins tickets to the Donny and Marie reunion. Shortly after, Linda, a charming technician from Hilltop Cable Company, visits to boost the cable signal. She not only enhances the channels, including the Truck and Tractor Pull network, but also agrees to accompany Joey to the reunion. Later, as Joey and Jesse settle in to watch "Wake Up, San Francisco," they’re thrilled to see childhood hero Ranger Roy, who announces his retirement after 30 years and the search for a new "ranger."
