Episode Overview
Michelle is devastated when her beloved arts program at school gets cut due to budget constraints. During a PTA meeting, Danny and Joey advocate for reinstating the program, and Danny suggests that Joey run for PTA president. Facing tough competition from Mrs. Carruthers, Joey rallies support with assistance from Denise's Uncle Richard. In the end, Joey secures the position of co-president alongside Mrs. Carruthers, and they agree to restore the arts program, much to the delight of many students.
