In 1984, the brutal rapes and slayings of ten women in the Tampa, Florida area left authorities stumped, with no suspects in sight. However, the tide turned when one of the assailant's victims managed to survive, leading the FBI to pinpoint 31-year-old Bobby Joe Long as the prime suspect. Ultimately, Long faced conviction for eight counts of murder and rape, bringing a semblance of justice to the harrowing case.
