Jacko heads up the firearms unit on a mission to apprehend a suspect thought to possess an arsenal of weapons. Meanwhile, a sudden downpour causes roof tiles to crash down on the interceptors stationed below. In a chaotic turn of events, a suspected car thief manages to evade Dicko, only to collide directly with Paul as he makes his escape.
