Episode Overview

Drew encounters Suzanne, a colleague expecting a child, and they instantly connect, leading to a date. However, their budding romance faces scrutiny, as Kate and Steve believe Drew is merely after a family. While Drew brushes off the criticism, Steve warns him that Suzanne might see him as a father figure. Meanwhile, other expectant mothers at work misinterpret Drew's intentions, causing a wave of unwanted attention. As Suzanne becomes increasingly demanding and possessive, Drew grows uncomfortable. When she goes into labor and attempts to name him the father on insurance documents, he finally breaks things off. In a twist, she then pursues a hospital orderly. Concurrently, elves Oswald and Lewis, fed up with their cruel Santa Claus at the store, plot to kidnap him in hopes of finding a replacement.
