Episode Overview
Lord Mercer declares that his 19-year-old daughter, Milan, will be appointed the new president of the store. Unenthusiastic about the position, she reluctantly accepts, hoping it instills some accountability. Lord Mercer warns Drew that he must ensure Milan excels or risk losing his co-manager role. During a crucial union negotiation, Milan distracts everyone by fawning over her boyfriend, D'Artagnan. Drew enlists Kate to help refocus Milan on her responsibilities. Although Milan takes the advice, she ends up dumped. In retaliation, she forces Drew to work at the docks. Feeling sympathetic, Kate attempts to rekindle D'Artagnan's interest in Milan but ends up sleeping with him instead. Milan plans to restore Drew's position until she discovers Kate's betrayal. On the day of her father's visit, Milan goes missing, and Drew finds her on the rooftop, contemplating a leap.
