Episode Overview

Jamie Swenson, a young girl, unexpectedly recovers from a serious illness and manages to save a boy who has been electrocuted. This unusual event piques Cole's curiosity, leading him to investigate further. Unbeknownst to him, Jamie has been possessed by Lontoria, a Cyrrhonian prisoner and former political detainee who escaped from Satrap. She believed Zin would support her mission to aid humanity. However, Zin, disguised as a movie producer, has his own agenda, while the local sheriff is another escapee. Cole feels torn, having once been friends with Lontoria. Simultaneously, Father Creighton, the local priest, perceives Jamie's abilities as divine and tries to shelter her in his church. As Zin and the sheriff pursue Jamie, Cole steps in, ultimately defeating the sheriff but sustaining fatal injuries from Zin's energy weapon, inspired by Lontoria's technology.
