Timmy wishes for a magical car wash that can revitalize anything that passes through it, hoping to help his dad fix his cherished Striker Z sports car. However, when dinosaur fossils and caveman remains also enter the wash, they spring back to life and cause chaos in Dimmsdale. Meanwhile, Cosmo and Wanda are transformed into mischievous teenagers, adding to the mayhem.
