Jorgen von Strangle is struck with a case of the trick-ups, which are fairy hiccups that trigger silly, magician-style magic. Unable to enforce Da Rules during this time, he has to delegate his responsibilities to the nearest relative. Sadly, the only one available is his long-lost cousin Cosmo, since his Nana Boom Boom is busy with her Explosive Bingo game and his other cousin, Leonard Von Strangle, is away enjoying a vacation in the Bahamas.
