To bring misery to Timmy and his family, Foop swaps out Sparky for the sinister Anti-Sparky. He then hatches a plan to spread unhappiness throughout Dimmsdale by substituting every pet with a malevolent counterpart. Now, Timmy and his fairy godparents must step up to rescue the town from this chaos.
