A mix-up leads to Grand Albert's Telephoto Transformer ending up in the hands of a young boy named Marcel in Paris. When the camera accidentally turns a beetle named Hugo into a massive creature, Jett and Dizzy's Rescue Riders must spring into action to protect the city and the Eiffel Tower, figuring out how to return the oversized beetle to its original size.
