Chay decided to have a memorable underwater birthday celebration, so she ordered waterproof invitations. Accompanied by Jett, she visits the one-of-a-kind submarine post office in Vanuatu. However, fish are snatching the fruit attached to the letters, jeopardizing the timely delivery of the invites. To ensure the party goes off without a hitch, Paul and Paul Pet are brought in to help resolve the situation.
