Episode Overview

Holmes pretends to be insane, rambling about oysters following his encounter with a boobytrapped puzzle box, which he insists doesn’t contain mind-altering nanobots. Meanwhile, at Midgard Hospital, the suspected thieves of the nanotech are Dr. Cushing, Dr. Cuthbertson Smith, and Dr. Chang. The telltale sign of Smith's involvement comes from the surgeons' knot tied on his old-fashioned non-velcro shoes.
