Swamp Thing's blind date with Poison Ivy takes a sinister turn when she uses her powers to manipulate him, aiming to conquer Gotham City with her plant army. Batman races against time to develop an antidote that will liberate Swamp Thing from Ivy's grasp. Meanwhile, Ivy teams up with Harley Quinn to maintain control over him. In response, Superman, Firestorm, and Vixen band together to confront Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn on their own territory, determined to thwart their plans.
