Superman and Flash participate in a charity race, but their friendly competition quickly turns into a perilous situation when they unknowingly walk into a scheme devised by Lex Luthor. With the assistance of the time-manipulating villain Chronos, Luthor has created a "time" suit that gives him the power to manipulate the speed of everyone involved.
