Amid mounting grievances, Hersl is assigned to the GTTF. Shortly after, Sgt. Thomas Allers, the unit's supervisor, faces questioning regarding missing money. Jensen keeps tabs on Gondo's communications, while Steele has a conversation with BPD's newly appointed police commissioner, Kevin Davis, who acknowledges his difficult situation. Concurrently, a younger Jenkins finds it hard to adapt and invites Suiter to join him on a raid.
