Elliot and Michael narrowly escape a terrifying situation while flying. Meanwhile, Hope learns that her job at Synergy magazine is at risk due to a takeover, which will lead to the end of its environmental monitoring efforts. During a dinner gathering, Hope becomes annoyed with the date between Michael and Miles. In the midst of all this, Nancy is prepared to reconcile with Elliot.
