Beast Boy and Cyborg are determined to bring a clown to the Titans' party, despite Robin's protests that clowns are meant for children. When the clown doesn’t meet their nostalgic expectations, Cyborg and Beast Boy take matters into their own hands, opting to upgrade the clown with some modern enhancements.
