Episode Overview

Diana is in need of some extra income, so she decides to convert her basement into an apartment. This plan will enable her and her two young sons to temporarily live downstairs while leasing out the main level of the house. Once she's able to save enough to move back upstairs, she can continue to earn money from the basement rental.
