Episode Overview

After an assistant U.S. attorney overdoses and is abandoned, Decourcy Ward becomes suspicious of Jackie Rohr's connection to the incident. Meanwhile, Jackie targets the BPD over a dubious drug bust at Braxton Summit, a federal housing project. Community activist Grace Campbell enlists Siobhan Quays to advocate for Braxton and its residents, but their mission is complicated as gang rivalries escalate, creating further challenges for the community.
