Dilbert, Alice, Wally, Dogbert, and the Pointy-Haired Boss head off on a business trip to Elbonia. While Alice takes in an Elbonian baby, she and Dilbert work to liberate the local population by educating the workers about human rights. Meanwhile, Wally finds himself in the unexpected role of a prophet, drawing attention for his unconventional insights.
