As the new millennium approaches, everyone but Dilbert is busy making New Year's plans. While he reassures his coworkers that the company is ready for Y2K, Dilbert uncovers a major issue: the main processor of the computer mainframe isn’t Y2K-compliant, which means a complete system failure is imminent. Instead of receiving praise for his discovery, he finds himself assigned to solve the problem. In his search for answers, he learns that the original programmer was Wally. But has Wally’s years of monotonous work left him too dull to handle this critical challenge?
