The competition begins with drama school proprietors Lisa and Iain, who honor Iain's Scottish heritage by crafting a full Scottish menu, complete with the sound of bagpipes. Next up are marketing manager Hannah and her fiancé Paul, whose sharp banter and playful jabs at each other create quite the buzz. Rounding out the trio are Ling and Mark, who present a dish that beautifully blends her Chinese background with his English influences, a culinary fusion they affectionately refer to as Chinglish.
