Following a series of moving violations, Daffy, Lola, and Porky find themselves at the Department of Motor Vehicles, where they must navigate the process of obtaining new licenses. Meanwhile, Bugs is left stranded, unable to secure a ride back home. As the trio deals with the often frustrating DMV experience, Bugs faces his own challenges in finding a way to get back, leading to a series of comedic mishaps.
