Taking a bold approach, the guys head out into the city to determine who can irritate more individuals. Spenny, considering himself the nice guy, opts for a drastic physical makeover to conceal his identity, bringing along a troublesome friend for support. Meanwhile, Kenny, fed up with the backlash from those he's annoying, opts for a grander strategy to annoy people on a larger scale.
