Episode Overview

A terrorist faction ambushes Addington's vehicle on the way to a party, abducting Chantel Addington. In response, the Toronto police quickly establish a command center at the Addington townhouse to monitor potential ransom calls. When Peter Sinclair arrives, it’s clear that Alexander has already contacted the British Home Secretary, requesting the top anti-terrorism agent from Scotland Yard. As anticipated, the terrorists reach out to Alexander, demanding weapons to be air-dropped in Angola. The police trace the call to a secluded farmhouse and prepare for a rescue operation. Unfortunately, a failed raid results in the death of several terrorists, leading the authorities to suspect this might be another unsolved case as they pack up at the Addington residence. While discussing their next steps against the terrorists, Alexander suggests that Peter temporarily leave Scotland Yard to form a private task force.
