Episode Overview
Kallen and Lelouch each grapple with the tragic loss of innocent lives during the Narita campaign. Meanwhile, Shirley covertly trails Lelouch and witnesses the clash between the Japan Liberation Front and the Britannian Army. Lelouch brings the confrontation to a deadly conclusion by blowing up the freighter of the Japan Liberation Front just as Britannian Knightmares board, wiping out everyone on board and giving the Black Knights an unexpected advantage. Suzaku confronts Lelouch, easily defeating his Burai with the Lancelot and forcing him to eject. Crash-landing near Shirley, Lelouch is knocked unconscious. As she considers killing him in revenge for her father's death, she falters when his mask comes off, revealing that Zero is actually Lelouch.
