Episode Overview

Seventeen designers kick off the new season with their sights set on New York Fashion Week and the title of Project Runway champion. For their initial challenge, they must use a piece of clothing pulled from a fellow designer's suitcase to create a completely new outfit. While they can supplement with extra fabric, they only have five hours to complete their creations.
