Spartacus (2010)

Episode Overview

Deceit, suspicion, and betrayal hang heavily over the Batiatus household, affecting the aspirations of both Barca and Spartacus. Having experienced a stroke of luck, they both dream of a life beyond the confines of the arena. Barca hopes to purchase freedom for himself and his male lover, while Spartacus looks forward to reuniting with his enslaved wife, a reward for his recent triumph in the arena. However, Spartacus is also devising a backup escape plan, just in case their ambitions don't unfold as expected.
