Title: Dr. Dred is a Shrinker Plot: Dr. Dred invents a Time Stopper and tests it aboard a cruise ship. With time frozen, Mummy Man and Fly seize the opportunity to rob the passengers, racing against the five-minute limit before the ray's effects fade. Unbeknownst to the victims, they awaken to find their belongings missing. Meanwhile, Drak, Frankie, and Howler are enjoying a ski trip when Dr. Dred sends them a cryptic message via a vending machine. At a secret meeting, Dred reveals his intentions to use the Time Stopper for global heists before imprisoning Drak in a crate. Frankie and Howler pursue him, leading to a chaotic chase involving elevators and a stolen airship. Just as they catch up, they are caught in the Time Stopper's blast.
