Episode Overview

Title: Dreadful Weather We're Having Plot: A new attraction, Pirate Park, opens in town, and Dr. Dred is scheming to seize a hidden treasure. He has Toad trapped in a massive fish tank while the Drak Pack is on the scene. Dred lures Drak into a "secret meeting" inside a gigantic oyster, which seals shut around him. Meanwhile, Frankie and Howler are searching for oysters, hoping for pearls. Howler catches a small oyster yielding a pearl, but when Frankie hooks a colossal one, it speaks his name, startling him into breaking it and freeing Drak. They then pursue Dr. Dred at a sea show, where he tricks them into feeding a killer whale. After a wild ride, they find themselves tossed by a seal, which gives Frankie a kiss upon landing. Trapped in a tower ride, Howler faces his fear of heights to support his friends, and they must disguise themselves to avoid fan chaos. With
