Bergerac (1981)

Episode Overview

A group of archaeology students embarks on a dig at a site rumored to be haunted. Tensions rise when one student is mysteriously assaulted by an invisible entity, and another is found dead shortly after. The landowner, Charlie, falls gravely ill as the students delve deeper. Skeptical of the Viking curse legend, Bergerac teams up with the head of the dig to uncover the truth. In a chaotic finale, they finish their excavation, only to be confronted by the same mysterious force. Bergerac later regains consciousness to hear a logical explanation from a recovering Charlie about the bizarre events.
