Episode Overview

Following the shooting of a violent teenager during a robbery, Starsky is exonerated from any blame. However, as other officers start to fall victim to a vengeful killer targeting him, Starsky feels a deep sense of guilt. Determined to take matters into his own hands, he springs into action to protect his fellow cops and confront the threat head-on.
