Episode Overview

Police notice strange behavior occurring at the back of a gas station and begin to patrol the area. Meanwhile, a group of ATVs is seen provoking other motorists on the streets. Officers also attend to a domestic disturbance call, and during their rounds, they discover a man dozing in his car.
